All Tax
Filers who file their 2004 tax return through our web-site
will be eligible to participate.
To participate in the contest:
- Simply file and submit payment for your tax return
through our website.
- Trips will be awarded based on paid returns filed.
Joint filers will win one trip per return filed.
- *When you file through our online tax system you
will be entered into our Trip to Paris drawing.
- Note: You will be given the option to decline entry.

Winner(s) will be randomly drawn after the 5,000th, 10,000th,
15,000th, 20,000th return has been processed and filed through
our web-site. If Webtax processes over 20,000 returns in 2005,
for each additional 5,000 returns processed, one additional
Trip to Paris will be awarded. Again, all trip winners
will be randomly drawn.
The winner(s) will be posted on
our web-site.

disputes arising from this give-away will be mediated in the
state of Nevada, county of Las Vegas.
In the event that WebtaxService does not process its projected
volume of returns no trips will be awarded.
We will require all winners to confirm that their return was
filed through our web site based on the rules above. No employees
